As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, I possess a strong skill set that includes proficiency Ms.Excel, Ms.Word, and Ms. PowerPoint. My English writing and typing skills along with good communication skills enable me to effectively communicate with the team and other stakeholders. I am adept at preparing and maintaining MIS reports and have strong analytical skills allowing me to identifying and address the quality issues effectively.
